EverAfter Play provides an online platform that allows wedding hosts to create, customize, and manage interactive wedding trivia games for their guests.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, including wedding information, questions, images, and other materials.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, publish, or share through the service.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, obscene, harassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Payments

Certain features of the service require payment. Pricing is displayed on the website and may change at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.

5. Refunds

Because the service provides immediate access to digital products and customization features, all purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents use of the service, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

The EverAfter Play platform, including its software, branding, design, functionality, and content, is owned by EverAfter Play and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the service without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverAfter Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EverAfter Play from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
